ZAAN AI Group is an international technology company with operations across Asia and Europe. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Care Assistant to provide professional in-home baby care and household support for one of our senior executives.
About the Role
You will be the primary caregiver for an infant, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment at all times. In addition to baby care, you will assist with light household duties to support the smooth running of the executive's home. This is a live-out, full-time position suited for someone with genuine passion for childcare, a calm and attentive disposition, and strong professional references.
Key Responsibilities
Baby Care (Primary Focus)
- Provide attentive, loving care for an infant including feeding, bathing, diaper changing, and soothing
- Prepare and manage bottle feeding, formula preparation, and sterilisation of feeding equipment
- Monitor the baby's health, development milestones, and sleeping patterns
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe environment for the baby at all times
- Accompany the family on outings and travel as needed
- Follow and adapt to the parents' preferred routines, schedules, and parenting guidelines
Household Support (Secondary)
- Assist with light housekeeping duties including laundry, tidying, and organising baby-related areas
- Prepare simple meals for the household when needed
- Run errands related to baby supplies and household necessities
- Maintain inventory of baby supplies (formula, diapers, toiletries) and advise on replenishment
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience as a professional nanny, yaya, or baby care provider
- Experience caring for infants (0–12 months) is essential
- Knowledge of infant first aid and basic health and safety practices
- Clean personal hygiene and health habits
- Trustworthy, responsible, and reliable with strong references from previous employers
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) — this is a must
- Good command of Filipino
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed
- Willing and able to travel abroad on an occasional basis with the executive's family (valid passport required)
Nice to Have
- Certification in infant CPR or first aid
- Previous experience working for expatriate or international families
- Valid passport and prior international travel experience
- Knowledge of infant nutrition, sleep training methods, or early childhood development
- Ability to communicate in basic Mandarin or other languages
- Valid driver's licence
