Job Description

ZAAN AI Group is an international technology company with operations across Asia and Europe. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Care Assistant to provide professional in-home baby care and household support for one of our senior executives.

About the Role

You will be the primary caregiver for an infant, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment at all times. In addition to baby care, you will assist with light household duties to support the smooth running of the executive's home. This is a live-out, full-time position suited for someone with genuine passion for childcare, a calm and attentive disposition, and strong professional references.

Key Responsibilities

Baby Care (Primary Focus)

  1. Provide attentive, loving care for an infant including feeding, bathing, diaper changing, and soothing
  2. Prepare and manage bottle feeding, formula preparation, and sterilisation of feeding equipment
  3. Monitor the baby's health, development milestones, and sleeping patterns
  4. Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe environment for the baby at all times
  5. Accompany the family on outings and travel as needed
  6. Follow and adapt to the parents' preferred routines, schedules, and parenting guidelines

Household Support (Secondary)

  1. Assist with light housekeeping duties including laundry, tidying, and organising baby-related areas
  2. Prepare simple meals for the household when needed
  3. Run errands related to baby supplies and household necessities
  4. Maintain inventory of baby supplies (formula, diapers, toiletries) and advise on replenishment

Requirements

  1. Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience as a professional nanny, yaya, or baby care provider
  2. Experience caring for infants (0–12 months) is essential
  3. Knowledge of infant first aid and basic health and safety practices
  4. Clean personal hygiene and health habits
  5. Trustworthy, responsible, and reliable with strong references from previous employers
  6. Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) — this is a must
  7. Good command of Filipino
  8. Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed
  9. Willing and able to travel abroad on an occasional basis with the executive's family (valid passport required)

Nice to Have

  1. Certification in infant CPR or first aid
  2. Previous experience working for expatriate or international families
  3. Valid passport and prior international travel experience
  4. Knowledge of infant nutrition, sleep training methods, or early childhood development
  5. Ability to communicate in basic Mandarin or other languages
  6. Valid driver's licence
